In partnership with municipal leaders and Modular BC, BRYN Drafting & Design has had the exciting opportunity to provide standardized modular factory-built home designs which will be offered to modular home builders to use in factories across BC. The first two standardized designs of eight were officially debuted at the Penticton 2025 MHABC Summit on May 5, 2025.

Designing a new home in the beautiful Shuswap region is an exciting journey filled with opportunities. Surrounded by breathtaking lakes and dense forests, the Shuswap offers a delightful mix of natural charm and community warmth.

After defining the building envelope, select a suitably sized mechanical system. If you do not need to pay to install, operate, and maintain a larger system then why bother.

Building science is greatly focused on the movement of heat, air, and moisture thru the building envelope. Heat always moves from hot to cold. Air & water (always a pair) move from high pressure to low pressure. Moisture migrates from wet to dry.
